Paul Kirch is a business leader who has dedicated his life to helping ensure others thrive. Depression, stress, anxiety, and loss... Paul has lived through it all during his entrepreneurial career. He's taken his previous challenges and used them as tools/lessons to catapult him to greatness. He is passionate about doing his part to ensure others avoid some of the struggles he faced, by sharing what helped him overcome. In fact, his program Action Over Analysis goes beyond just teaching you to move. It's actually a program to help you bullet proof your life, but helping you set the right priorities when you feel like burying your head in the sand.

After attending a small business leader networking event, Paul was invited to host a live, drive-time, radio show in Dallas, TX. During the Q&A portion, Paul assisted the event speaker by helping answer questions presented by audience members. While the speaker was qualified, she was struggling to simplify her message to help the audience leverage her insights. After Paul helped clarify one point, the speaker invited him to join her to give the audience the best possible outcome.

Upon completion of the event, the majority of the audience approached Paul with questions and business cards. One individual who was impressed with what she heard was the manager of KVCE Radio in Dallas. She followed up a week after the event expressing how impressed she was and that after doing her research she wanted to invite him to host a show. He agreed. After an amazing year of hosting a live talk show, Paul saw the largest opportunity to move his show to a podcast where he could attract a global audience, instead of the local one he was finding via radio. 

Eventually Boss Academy Radio became selected as a Top 10 business podcast show. While the show is no longer running, it was a platform that helped Paul become recognized as a leader who really cares about helping others succeed.

Paul Kirch spent 26 years in the marketing research industry, where he built a reputation as a strong leader, an innovator, and an incredible networker/connector.

Paul's first job in the marketing research industry was as a telephone interviewer, conducting surveys with consumers and executives. Through this role he learned how to face objection, while keeping a positive attitude. After two years of phone work he was invited to join the corporate team, taking on a operations role as a survey programmer. Over the next several years he found success as a Rising Star, MVP, and even Innovator of the Year. He eventually took on a management role, leading a team of Technical Consultants overseeing a large database development job. While he was successful in this role, he knew he wanted to own and run a company. While he wasn't ready to take that leap, he knew sales was a role that would give him much needed experience. He took his first sales job in 2000, Over the next 9 years he flourished in sales and eventually he moved into a senior management role leading National and International sales teams. In 2009 he decided it was time to launch his first brand, where he began sales coaching and consulting. Eventually he integrated marketing support into his offering, which led him to launch his digital marketing agency, Sellience.

During this time he vowed to help others who were on an entrepreneurial path by offering personal and professional coaching. Today Paul is known as empathetic leader who gives everything to help others avoid pitfalls and mistakes, helping them become the best at what they do.
